Mark your calendar for the

8th annual Mudbug Fest on Saturday, May 7th!



... Please note that some "save the dates" went out giving a different date. We sent them out before securing our location ... Lesson learned!




Many of you have been inquiring ... "where is my Evite?" ... really, we didn't forget about you! Unfortunately, due to multiple projects and work loads, we are just a bit (ok, VERY) behind schedule this year. For that reason, we REALLY need your help!


 Here's what's on our "TO DO List". Please feel free to jump in and help with any of the following ....


Sponsors & Prize Donors: We only have a couple of weeks to secure our sponsorships before t-shirts go to print. We are also soliciting silent auction and raffle prizes. 
 If you or your business would like to donate an item or be a sponsor, you can simply complete the form that is available on our event blog. You can also indicate your interest when you register and we'll get in touch with you with more details.

Underwriting Sponsors: Along with the amazing growth our event has experienced, comes increased expenses. For the past 7 years, 100% of expenses for our event have been provided by Mind's Eye Solutions. As a result, we've been able to donate 100% of past advertising sponsorship fees directly to the Children's Advocacy Center. This year, we are opening a new sponsorship category. If you'd like to underwrite one of our expenses, you will be given additional advertising opportunities. Just think of what a hero you'll be when our guests approach the kegs which have a big sign that reads "Beer provided by 2KOOL COMPANY, Inc"! Please let us know if you'd like to help pick up some of the tab this year.

Volunteers: As you know, a lot of work goes into making our event successful and it couldn't be done without the help of our volunteers. Please consider pitching in this year.
 You can indicate your interest when you register, or just send me an email. We'll schedule a meeting soon for those interested in being involved with the planning process.

Registration: We are using Eventbrite instead of Evite this year. In addition to a lot of really cool features Eventbrite has to offer, using them also allows our guests to make donations securely online by credit card if they so choose. We are asking that everyone Pre-Register this year. It sure saves us a lot of time at the event and helps to keep our contact information for our guests current. Please do so by April 27th, but you're welcome to do so sooner.
 


T-Shirts: We will ONLY order the exact number of shirts that our guests request this year. When you pre-register, please be sure to indicate if you want a t-shirt, and if so, in what size(s).
 


We look forward to another successful event this year with good weather, great food, generous guests and a goal of reaching $16k which will bring our grand total raised for the Children's Advocacy Center through our annual Mudbug Fests to $50,000!
